REFUND POLICY

CAN I GET A MEMBERSHIP REFUND IF I HAVE NOT USED THE SERVICE?

No. christianaudio charges accounts based upon the account being active, much like a cell phone company, television, or power company. We do not charge an account based on whether you have used the service or not. So, we apologize but we would not be able to make any refunds based upon whether you have used the service or not.

 

CAN I GET A MEMBERSHIP REFUND IF I THOUGHT I CANCELLED BUT AM STILL BEING BILLED?

No. We apologize but unless you have fully deactivated (Click here to find out how to cancel your account) your account or had requested a cancellation through our customer service, we are unable to make any refunds. We do not monitor or charge accounts for usage. We apologize but unless your account shows deactivated, we are unable to make any refund. Unless your account looks like the Image below in the My Membership tab, we are unable to make any refunds. 

 

CAN I GET A REFUND IF THE AUDIOBOOK DOES NOT WORK FOR ME.

No. christianaudio provides MP3s/M4Bs to our listeners. Depending on the device, we cannot guarantee that it will play on your device and cannot be responsible to make this work, much like most monthly service companies. If your device is broken or does not work, we cannot make a refund. Our Customer Service/Tech Support Department will try our very best to help guide you through downloading the files and listening to them but cannot guarantee based upon your own device limitations. We cannot make a refund unless we cannot provide an audiobook. 

 

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DID NOT LIKE THE AUDIOBOOK?

No. Once you have downloaded an audiobook, we are unable to make a refund. However, depending on the reason, we are more than happy to handle this case by case. Please email customer service with your reason.
