Can you make it an option to filter out sermons when searching for things? I don't come here for sermons, its easier for me to go elsewhere to get those. Or even an option of filtering out anything thats less than 2 hours long ( to get rid of the sermons) Thank you! :) God bless you, just a suggestion. It would make purchasing books easier for customers. 0 Darren Chick June 01, 2016 16:02 Appreciate the recent layout change in my Library to include Author. It was something that always frustrated me, I'd have to open the receipt, the follow the link to the book. Now I can surf through the authors easily. Great improvement! 0 Nanell Neal June 28, 2016 17:39 I have had several issues with the app. My books that are downloaded previously to my phone will disappear from the app. Also new purchases won't show up. The weirdest part about it is that I can refresh and the book will be there and then immediately refresh again and the book disappears. Any ideas for me? 0 Ron Sparks July 19, 2016 03:02 I can not express how pleased I am with how you dealt with my unusual problem. I feel you went above and beyond. Just an old guy who struggles with tech stuff sometimes. God bless you, your response to my problem allows me to listen to quality Christian books I had previously purchased but was in able to access. You have my heart felt appreciation. Ron Sparks 0 Stacey Charonnat July 22, 2016 02:18 There are two critical items missing from your "Sort" dropdown: Length and Customer Rating (you'll note that Audible allows users to sort by these two criteria). If you are concerned about the length of that dropdown, some of the items you have there are less important and could be dropped. 0 MIla VErner September 20, 2016 05:48 Some how I missed that these audiobooks were not physical CDs....... Please be more explicit about this. I like to listen to books while driving without using data/memory on my phone. I will have to download the file to my computer and pray that I can save it to a CD. I was not expecting this..... Again, please explain this BEFORE the customer orders the audio books. Thanks 1 Steven O'Hollearn September 21, 2016 16:56 I love your content. However, when I download the files and extract them, it would help me if they included a picture or in some way transformed the folder icon so that I would be able to more easily recognize which book it contains. Any idea how I can do so manually? 0 Dewey VanDerNoord October 03, 2016 03:24 How about an Android and/or Amazon app? It's not impossible to get and listen to books through the website and various media players themselves, but I've been a paying member for over a year now and am strictly an Android and Kindle user. Unless I'm missing something it doesn't even seem like any progress is being made in that direction. Please consider how much easier it would be to download and listen for users who are not sticking to Apple. 0 Gladys kwok October 21, 2016 15:29 I love your app when I was using the iPhone. But now, I am using an android device and your app is not available for android. Do you think you may develop one for the Christians who use androids? 0 Eric Kendall November 02, 2016 02:02 How can you not have an Android App? It is simply a terrible business decision and the one thing that keeps me from purchasing anything from you. Apple only makes up 11.7% of the smartphone market while Android currently hold an 87.6% market share. You are missing out on the worlds largest market for apps. Having to constantly download and work around using your books will keep me going some place else until you have an android app. 0 Adam Bowers November 02, 2016 02:57 Agreed! The thing that keeps me from ever using Christian Audio is the lack of an Android app. That's pretty shocking in this era. I certainly hope it is something you are working on. In the meantime, I'm using alternative services because it's not worth the hassle of downloading and managing the files when other apps/services do a great job handling it for me. 0 Keith Karouzos December 01, 2016 18:42 I would buy all my audio books from you instead of Audible if you had a app for Android. Please make this happen! 1 Ben Johnson December 07, 2016 07:29 When looking at my purchased titles in "My Library", there are no links from the titles to their detail pages, which makes it very hard to get more information about the book I've purchased. Just adding a simple link there would really improve the usability of this page. 2 Paulo Pinto December 10, 2016 23:11 Couple things: 1. For everyone wanting an Android app, I would suggest Material Player, a simple and free player which has been working out pretty well for me. Granted, it would be nice to have a native christianaudio app, but this is the next best thing. 2. On My Library, when I'm looking for a book to read I'm not interested in those that I've already read. It would be nice to be able to tag these and see only unread books. 0 joe turner January 16, 2017 13:34 I love listening to audio books while deriving my semi truck at work, is there any way to have digital print of the books also got the times when I want to be reading for myself? This type of feature is available for my Kindle I was just wondering if it was available here and I am missing it? 0 joe turner January 16, 2017 13:36 I love listening to audio books while driving my semi truck at work, is there any way to have digital print of the books also for the times when I want to be reading for myself? This type of feature is available for my Kindle I was just wondering if it was available here and I am missing it? 1 Paulo Pinto January 19, 2017 21:48 Hi. Don't you think that buying books could be a bit faster? Right now, after finding the book I want, I need to:1. Click on "Buy Now"2. Wait for the Checkout page to load3. Click on "Checkout"4. Wait for the next page to load and say "No payment information Required" (since I have credits)5. Click on "Continue"6. Click on "Place Order"7. Go to "My Library"8. Click "Download" When you have enough credits, buying a book should be immediate. A simple way to to this would be: Click on "Buy Now". If the user has enough credits, finish the order (without reloading the whole page) and replace the "Buy Now" button with two buttons: "Download", which starts the download immediately, and "Undo purchase" (as long as you haven't downloaded the book yet), which cancels the order and refunds the credits. What do you think? 0 Paulo Pinto January 20, 2017 13:59 And another one: when I buy a book it should automatically leave my wishlist. By the way, is anyone from christianaudio actually reading this? It would be nice to actually get some feedback for our feedback... 0 Scott Troyer February 15, 2017 10:20 Are there plans on getting an Android app anytime soon? Please sign in to leave a comment.
